A simple mission : We exist to serve!

In 1999, CEO Lirel Holt and son, Kyle Holt, started a human resources consulting company called ESC Index. The company later changed its name to U, Inc. and expanded its operation in Chennai in 2007.

U Software Systems began its operation with just 4 developers in Anna Nagar, Chennai. Today, the company has grown considerably by reaching staff strength of 40+ and is situated in the posh area of Shenoy Nagar not far from where it started. The company has also diversified its operational portfolio in the past years from PHP to .NET, Multimedia, Software Testing, AutoCAD and Digital Marketing Research.

Originally, U Software’s prime aim was software development center of U, Inc. However, after few months of its operation, and after overwhelming acceptance of software developed by our Chennai engineers, the U.S. company started getting enquiries from other U, Inc clients for custom software and other needs and U Software started servicing clients in manufacturing and marketing. For over 12 years U, Software staff has been proud to have talented in-house AutoCAD detailers, knowledgeable researchers as well as software developers and quality assurance.

At U, we are fulfilled by helping companies and individuals do things better. We acknowledge there is a joy to doing a job and doing it well. We provide technology for online training to more than 10,000 businesses, schools, churches and associations through our product brands S/P2, Safe Gatherings, CongregationU and PeopleU. We provide mentor and mentoring software to schools. We provide software that prevents abuse to children.
